NB Mechanika UAB has been specializing in producing plastic moulds for food and packaging industries for over 20 years and has earned the reputation of a reliable manufacturer. Main advantages of moulds produced by NB Mechanika: quality, short moulding cycle, very high accuracy, and long service life.

We use only the highest quality tool steel for our moulds: Edelstahlwerke (DE), Udeholm (SE), etc. Back plates of moulds are produced by HASCO (DE) and hot runner systems – by MoldMaster (CA).

Qualified staff and the latest modern technology enable us to achieve quality results, because each part of a mould is tested by state-of-the-art measurement methods using the latest measuring equipment.

In order to ensure the shortest moulding cycles without loss of durability of working parts of a mould, the latest vacuum welding technology is used for producing matrices and punches.

We also provide post-warranty service for moulds.
